The Headlight Warranty
This applies to installation jobs that we have performed. If you've purchased equipment from us, your product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
For all our installation jobs, we give you a full one-year (from the date of customer acceptance) warranty that the audiovisual system furnished for the project is free from defects in equipment and workmanship failure.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accidental or operational error.
Our warranty does not apply to Owner-supplied or furnished equipment.
Preventive Maintenance Agreements
Whether or not we've installed the equipment you are using, you can request a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Agreement for it.
Our PM's offer you an opportunity to extend the life of your products to get more use out of them. They also lock in lower labor and travel rates for the life of the PM.
What our PM's cover:
For projectors, we clean the filters, check and record the lamp hours, dust the entire unit, clean the outside of the projector and clean its lens.
We also check all connectors, both video and audio, on the projector.
For equipment racks, we test every component to ensure it's working correctly. We also dust and clean all visible areas of the rack.
Any problems encountered are fixed, if parts are available or noted if not, while we're onsite.
Other items we check, clean and troubleshoot: Projection Screens, SMART boards, microphone systems (wired/wireless), speakers and plates and floorbox connections.
We offer Preventive Maintenance Agreements in one-, two- and three-year terms.
