Registration in these new programs is still required but, unlike previous programs, it is not your responsibility to do this. We do it for you.

Open accounts are available subject to approval by our credit department. Our terms are net 15 days with open accounts. A deposit of 25% required on all C.O.D. orders, and 50% on special order items. Remaining balance due on delivery. Occasionally, items may be back ordered from the manufacturer. In this case, shipment of partial orders will be made. Standard payment terms apply for all partial shipments received. The customer is fully responsible for payment on items received.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Returns are accepted subject to the approval of the Sales Manager. The customer must call our Customer Service Department and receive a Return Authorization Number before returning product (Headlight’s Receiving Dept. will not accept any return without this documentation). All returns must be made within 30 days of invoicing and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Warranty on equipment is offered by the manufacturers. No warranty is expressed or implied by Headlight Audio-Visual, Inc. However, Headlight does offer extended service and maintenance contracts. Please contact our Service Manager, Vinny Palermo, for details.
Damaged or shorted shipments should be noted on the delivery carriers documentation upon delivery. If damage or a shortage is discovered after the delivery carrier has left or to follow up on damages or shortages noted on the delivery carriers documentation you must call that carrier for instructions on how to file a claim. If you have questions or need further information please contact Headlight’s Purchasing Department.
