Our Sales Department is here to help you. Whether you need a quote for a piece of equipment, need to place your order, or would like one of our reps to visit you to discuss your audio-visual needs, simply give us a call.

Bowdoin CollegeJay Marston is our representative covering mid to northern Maine (Lewiston north), and Dave Keely is our rep covering southern Maine.

Though we can supply you with all your purchasing needs, from a single DVD player, audio cables right up through to multi-million dollar equipment purchases, we also specialize in custom integration solutions.

Custom Integration

Custom integration involves creating the perfect solution for your audio/visual needs.

It all starts with a desire.

You want to be able to convert your board room into a multi-media center, offering your board members video conferencing services. You might also want the capability of sharing computer information during video conferencing sessions, or even connecting to two or more remote sites at the same time.

At this point, you may want to involve specialists like us, where one of our sales representatives come to your location to do a complete analysis of your needs.

What type of walls exist? Are they cement, plaster, sheetrock?

And the ceiling. Is it a dropdown ceiling? Hardwood?

Will we need to run cables beneath the floor?

Our sales reps are well versed, not only in the products to accomplish any goal, but also in system design and how to integrate the technology into the space you have to work with.

We’ll work with you closely to design a system that not only meets your immediate need but also one that will not become obsolete a few years down the road. One that offers you the most choices when and if you want to expand its capabilities.

Headlight Audio Visual sells to companies and schools throughout the country. And for our integration services, we cover all of New England, concentrating in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Our sales department is available from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. And because our reps may be out onsite developing a new system, it’s best to email ahead before calling.
