Located at 18 Ashmont Street in Portland (see our Directions page), Our Presentation Services Division (Rentals Division) offers a complete selection of audio-visual-video equipment at competitive rental rates. Our extensive inventory is continuously maintained by our skilled technicians, and is regularly updated in order to remain state-of the art. Delivery, set-up, on-site support, take-down, and pick-up services are all available upon request.

Whether your needs are simple or complex, Headlight can assist with the planning of your event. Our network of presentation resources is wide and well established. Our first-hand knowledge of northern New England’s most frequently utilized meeting facilities allows us to communicate on your behalf in order to facilitate the best use of the selected space. From original concept through implementation, we’ll gladly share our expertise to help make your event a success.

Videoconferencing

Headlight Audio Visual’s Presentation Services Division has a public videoconferencing room. Videoconferencing technology offers a convenient option for communicating over long distances.

Our facility has the capacity to connect with thousands of locations across the country and around the globe. Our video connections are fast and reliable utilizing either ISDN or IP.

Headlight can help you enhance your videoconference with the incorporation of various types of media. Options include video playback, video recording, powerpoint presentation, and document display from a document camera. Please see our Video Conferencing page for more details.

Legal Videography

Headlight has a certified legal videographer on staff. We can record legal depositions in accordance with the laws of proper evidence handling.

Duplication

Headlight offers multi-format duplication services for both audio and video media. We provide quality stock, full-color labeling, and cases. Whether your order is large or small, we’ll use the utmost care to ensure that the work is done to your complete satisfaction.
